I have been in the travel industry since 1993, first working for Trans World Airlines and now for Pinnacle Travel. When I worked for TWA I was a part time reservations agent. I worked a lot of trades with coworkers and had a lot of free time off. Anually I would average 10 vacations per year. If I knew then what I know now about collecting countries, states, and enclaves I would probably be in the 500+ visited places range by now. I like going to unique places where no one would think of going on vacation. It is unfortunate that most Americans still think inside the box and dont realize how beautiful or adventurous these out of the way places can be. I try to spend at least one night in each state or enclave and not rush through them. I have five weeks of vacation this year and my 2016 destinations right now are Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Greece, Crete, Cyclades, Turkey, and Barbados.
My Favorite Places:
I dont have a favorite place; every place has something special. I never went on a vacation I didnt like.
