Much of my travel has been for work as lawyer. I have been ambassador and held several official posts. Since 1974, I am a member of the Inter American Bar Association and former President, 1991 to 1993. For this reason, I have traveled most of the countries of the Americas. Fluent in English and Spanish; medium French; understand Italian and Portuguese. Love my work, which inhibits my traveling! And Most Traveled People allows me to live again my travel.

My Favorite Places:
Costa Rica, Miami USA, Spain, France, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am planning to write posts about most, but not all, the places I have been and do go in the future. It will not be all, since in some places little or nothing mentionalble happened, something not nice happened or, most possibly, the stay was too short. In the posts for the places I have visited, I will try to explain and comment the unusual or unexpected hapennigs that took place when I was there; and recommend what I believe is more helpful, interesting or beautiful. I do not think that I should compete with Wikipedia or the tourist bureaus of countries in describing their history or geography, since they will, assuredly, do it much better than me. I welcome emails regarding travel or otherwise. If MTP members come to Costa Rica, I would certainly like to meet them and, if possible, help them get around.
